Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Rental agreement
Reservations made on this website are requests to rent. The signed rental agreement presented at pickup, including its fee schedule and damage terms, governs your rental. Sample rates shown on this demo website are illustrative and do not constitute an offer.
Tolls, citations and violations
Tolls incurred during your rental are billed at the SunPass rate with no administrative fee. Parking citations, red light camera violations and toll-by-plate penalties caused by the renter are passed through at cost, plus a $15 processing fee per citation.
Prohibited uses
Vehicles may not be used for rideshare or delivery services, off-road or beach driving, racing, towing (except where equipped and authorized), or travel outside Florida, Georgia and Alabama without written approval.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
